Our Team

Team Hancock is a collaboration between Lynne Hancock and Elise Mittler who combine their experience in real estate, marketing, sales & as business owners to provide best in class real estate services throughout Southwest Florida.  Lynne and Elise leverage their combined professional backgrounds, educations, and commitment to a platinum customer experience in a partnership that provides their customers with a wide array of services. 

It all starts with their extensive local market access as both Lynne and Elise have lived in and had connections to the area since their childhoods. As Team Hancock, this provides them access to exclusive resources and unparalleled market knowledge.  They put those relationships into action with their ability to provide 365 days a year availability to their past, present and future clients.  They are skilled at contract preparation and negotiations regardless of which side of a transaction they represent.

In 2021, Team Hancock grew with the addition of Hunter Hancock and Aidan Hancock. Both are native Floridians who are also true local Naples “Neapolitans”. Both are from a long line of real estate professionals which gives them a unique perspective and exposure to the area’s growth which they bring to their real estate careers.
